Crafting our 3D wood maps involves a meticulous process. Beginning with laser-cutting thin layers of high-quality birch into precise shapes, an artist then carefully assembles these sheets to achieve the depth characteristic of each map. Every major point of interest and other details are etched into the wood before the map is framed with a custom wood frame. Finally, the map is finished with a protective, ultra-transparent sheet of durable acrylic, ensuring lasting quality and clarity.
